What is your Customer Service telephone number?
If you need to speak with us by phone, please contact us below and we'll be in touch as soon as possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted at this time. Your purchase may show up as 'RL SHOW STORE' on your billing statement.

What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us below. If the apparel you purchased doesn’t fit properly, our team can process an exchange within 30 calendar days of receipt of your shipment for the same item. Refunds are only provided if an issue is the result of our error. Refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase. Items from Rush's Personal Collection (golf clubs, polos, etc.) are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.

How do I use my promo code?
At checkout, you will see a box that says, “eGift Card or Promo Code.” Simply enter your code and click “Apply.” Promo codes are not active during special promotional periods.

Can I send my purchase as a gift?
Yes! You can choose the “My order is a gift” option at checkout. Don't worry - we don't include any prices on the paperwork that goes along with your order.

Where can I purchase the Adventures of Rush Revere Series books?
All five books from the #1 New York Times Bestselling Young Adult History Series can be purchased in a special gift set right here! We also offer an Adventures of Rush Revere Series Gift Set to get you started on your journey to explore American exceptionalism. If we are sold out for any reason, you can find the series at fine retailers nationwide, such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Books-A-Million.

   


Shipping & Handling

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Team Rush will be working eagerly to get your order out right away! Orders ship via USPS Priority/First Class Mail, FedEx or UPS and will be processed as fast as possible. Please note, items from Rush's Personal Collection (golf clubs, polos, etc.) will take slightly longer for processing and a member of Team Rush will call you prior to shipment to confirm all details.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. You can also log in to your account to check any current order status. If you need help tracking your order, please feel free to send us an email below.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes!
