What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. Personal checks and money orders are not accepted at this time.

How do I use my promo code?

At checkout, you will see a box that says, “eGift Card or Promo Code.” Simply enter your code and click “Apply.”

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

Team Rush will be working eagerly to get your order out right away! Orders ship via USPS Priority/First Class Mail and will be processed as fast as possible during the holiday season. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you should receive your order in about 3 business days pending any shipping delays.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. You can also log in to your account to check any current order status. If you need help tracking your order, please feel free to contact Rush's "highly overrated staff" using the “Contact Us” tab at the top of this page.

Can I send my purchase as a gift?

Yes! You can choose the “send as a gift” option at checkout. Don't worry - we don't include any prices on the paperwork that goes along with your order. Greeting cards are also available at checkout to add a special touch to your gift and will automatically hide any prices as well.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes! We proudly ship to all heroes serving in our Armed Forces.

Do you sell eGift Cards?

Yes, we have you covered! You can send your family member, friend or fellow Dittohead a special eGift Card so they can choose whatever they like without having to guess their size!

How do I redeem my eGift Card?

After selecting the items you'd like to purchase, proceed to checkout. Enter your eGift Card code into the eGift Card box and click "Apply."

How do I check my eGift Card balance?

At checkout, enter your eGift Card code into the eGift Card box and click "Apply" to see your balance!

Does my eGift Card expire?

No, there is no expiration date on an eGift Card. Shop right away or save it for later!

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please write us using the “Contact Us” tab at the top of the page. If the apparel you purchased doesn’t fit properly, our team can process your exchange within 14 calendar days of receipt of your shipment. Refunds are only provided if an issue was the result of our error. Personalized items, such as greeting cards, are not eligible for return.

The product I like is no longer available, what do I do?

Some products are available for a limited time in limited quantities and new products are frequently added. Please send us a note using the “Contact Us” tab above if there was a specific product you needed for a special occasion.
